By downloading, accessing, or using Sacred Closure ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 33 Catalyst Ventures ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer of Sacred Closure.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Sacred Closure. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Sacred Closure is a private reflective tool designed to support emotional expression, reflection, and personal insight. It uses AI-generated conversation and personalized insights to help users explore unresolved emotions, unfinished conversations, and recurring relationship patterns.
Sacred Closure is not a medical service, mental health service, crisis service, or therapy platform. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical care of any kind. Nothing in the App constitutes professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
The App may be used alongside professional mental health support but is not intended to replace therapy, counseling, medical care, or crisis services.
Sacred Closure is designed to support reflection and emotional expression. We do not guarantee any specific emotional, psychological, therapeutic, or personal outcome from use of the App, including closure, healing, relationship improvement, or emotional resolution.
Results vary between individuals. The value of the App depends on your engagement, readiness, and personal circumstances, which are outside our control.
Sacred Closure is not a licensed mental health provider, therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or crisis service.
The AI-generated responses and insights provided through the App are not clinical assessments, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. They are designed to support reflection and emotional expression only.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, or are in need of immediate help, please contact emergency services or a crisis support line immediately. In the United States, you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
By using Sacred Closure, you acknowledge and agree that the App is not a substitute for professional mental health care and that we are not liable for any decisions made based on content generated within the App.
Sacred Closure offers the following paid options:
All purchases are processed through the applicable app marketplace, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices are displayed at the point of purchase and are subject to change.
Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period except where required by applicable law.
All billing disputes and refund requests for App Store purchases are governed by Apple's terms and must be directed to Apple.
Sacred Closure may offer a limited free trial period for new users. The free trial provides access to a defined number of sessions at no charge.
If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged. Free trials are available to new users only and may not be combined with other offers.
You retain ownership of any content you share within the App. By using Sacred Closure, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service, including generating AI responses and session insights.
We do not use your conversation content to train or improve AI models. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You can review our Privacy Policy at sacredclosure.com/privacy.
The responses and insights you receive within Sacred Closure are generated by artificial intelligence. They are shaped by what you share and are designed to support reflection and emotional expression.
AI-generated content is not infallible. It may not always be accurate, appropriate, or applicable to your specific situation. You should not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
By using Sacred Closure, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
Sacred Closure, including its design, code, content, branding, and all associated materials, is owned by 33 Catalyst Ventures and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of the personal content you share within the App. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to provide the service as described in these Terms.
Sacred Closure is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33 Catalyst Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to emotional distress, reliance on AI-generated content, or decisions made based on content within the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sacred Closure at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, to protect the security or integrity of the service, or where required by law.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Hawaii.
